“Crossroads recently received receipt of a deficiency free 2011 state survey. This inspection is administered annually by the state of Ohio, during which a residential care facility’s operations are examined.

“This survey is dedicated to our employees, whose hard work, dedication, and caring hearts make a difference in the lives of our residents,” a release states. The 2011 survey results proceed last year’s designation of CrossRoads to the top 25 assisted living facilities in the state of Ohio based on resident satisfaction.”
